Tannisol is a complex product with antiseptic and antioxidant action for the protection of wine and must. It prevents the most common conditions of wine such as acetic bacteria and non-Saccharomyces yeasts, and also protects against alterations caused by oxidation (browning of color, turbidity, loss of aromas). This can occur during racking, transportation, hot weather, and storage. Prevents alterations in clarified and filtered wines that are more sensitive. Added to the must before alcoholic fermentation, the selected microflora is favored for a complete and good quality fermentation. Special compound based on sulfo-tannic-vitamin substances in proportional doses. Tannisol prevents and cures the diseases of breaking, turning and spinning.
