Compact equipment for cold oil extraction by centrifugation. Ideal for producers who want to process olives immediately after harvesting to obtain high-quality extra virgin oil. It is a compact piece of equipment designed for small productions and that provides us with a high degree of flexibility when carrying out the oil extraction process.

This is a piece of equipment made up of a mill, 2 mixers with a capacity of 100 kg each and a decanter for 200 liters that comes with a pomace pump. The mill is mounted on a support with a double outlet, which prevents increased oxidation. From each of the mixers the paste goes directly to the decanter by means of a pump. To obtain a high quality product, it is recommended that the temperature difference between the entry of the olives and the exit of the paste be no more than 1-2 degrees. Blending is done in closed blenders to avoid excessive oxidation. The horizontal decanter that separates the liquid part from the solid part is designed to achieve maximum quality. Likewise, the 2.0 auger makes it possible to obtain an increasingly refined product, since there is no increase in temperature during extraction.
