RTC is a compact monoblock for bottling non-fermented beer. The standard version includes a bottling machine with 8 taps, a capping machine for crown caps with automatic distributor and bottle inlet and outlet belt with variable speed. The bottling machine implements a rotary gravity system and the tank unit with the taps is height adjustable via a crank. The capper feeds the caps through a hopper and into the neck of the bottle. The transport system can hold bottles of various sizes, quickly replacing the starter. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL and are removable to facilitate cleaning and sterilization. The unit can be combined with an automatic rinser and/or a linear automatic capper/labeler. Hourly production approx. 600 - 0.75 l.
