Compact equipment for cold oil extraction by centrifugation. Ideal for producers who want to process olives immediately after harvesting to obtain high-quality extra virgin oil. It is a compact piece of equipment designed for small productions and that provides us with a high degree of flexibility when carrying out the oil extraction process.
Technical specifications:
- It processes 40-50 kg of olives per hour and is indicated for a daily production of around 350 kilos in 8 hours.
- Equipped with a hammer mill, continuous horizontal mixer and new generation two-phase decanter.
- As standard, it has an inverter to regulate the speed of the decanter/mill, a fluxometer to dose the water and an auger speed variator for variable input of pasta to the decanter.
- Continuous elaboration.
- Available with standard voltage: Single-phase 220V 3kW 50Hz or Three-phase 380V 50Hz.
- Possibility of assembling the DLE Baby leaf remover/washing machine and the oil collection container with 20x20 cardboard filter model CPF1 in line with the Frantoino Bio.
