The Precisa destemmer and crusher is equipped with a double mechanical speed unit, feeding screw with hopper drainage and basket rotation. They also include a standard whisk with adjustable rubber cams, a standard stainless steel basket with double 22/15 mm holes. in stainless steel or white polyethylene. The rubber rollers are movable and adjustable and can be tilted to wash the interior. The external pump to be connected to the machine can be of the type with rubber impeller, pistons, peristaltic or with a single screw. In the version without tub, a pump with a single screw, elliptical piston or peristaltic hopper is required.
