Motorized destemmer equipped with a centrifugal pump to transfer the must to the fermentation container. The network and centrifugal pump are made of stainless steel. The machinery can be completely opened both centrally and with extraction of the destemming network, allowing maintenance and cleaning operations to be carried out quickly and easily.
