Delta 3000 motor destemmer with pump

The DELTA 30 destemmer-presser is designed for small producers of high-quality wine. The equipment is made up of a hopper for receiving the grapes and an endless screw for transporting them to the destemming phase carried out by means of a mixer with adjustable rubber paddles. The destemmed product reaches two rubber rolls that allow for gentle pressing. Below the rolls there is an auger that allows the elimination of the pressed product. The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, comes with a single-phase or three-phase electric motor with pulley variator and is compatible with the assembly of a polyethylene basket. The rolls are adjustable, mobile and tilting. The basket, whisk and wort collection bucket are removable for quick cleaning.
