The fruit is crushed by the rollers and then squeezed by a rubber spatula onto the stainless steel grate that separates the pulp. The machine is composed of an enamelled steel funnel hopper, a lower box and a powerful electric motor. The removable rack is made of stainless steel, the rollers and gears are made of nylon. The rollers are also adjustable thanks to special supports, which ensure robustness and durability.
